Enrollment

Enrollment Process:

1) Complete the "New Student Inquiry" form here. Once submitted, our office will reach out to you shortly for a phone, Zoom, or in person meeting to discuss our program with you.

2) If your student resides out of district, an inter-district form needs to be completed and given to your home district. Please fill out this form and send it to your district of residence. (Spanish version here.)

3) Complete the online enrollment process on the Live Oak School District enrollment page.  You are not enrolled until you receive a verification that your enrollment has been ACCEPTED, which requires new students to complete Step 1 above.

4) You will also need to complete the first eight pages of the district handbook, located in the left hand column of this page on the district website.
